Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across all pages. Accessibility is treated as part of building a page rather than as a remediation task after publication.

What is implemented

Pages are built from semantic HTML with a single main heading, ordered heading levels and landmark regions. Content is readable without JavaScript because it is rendered on the server. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, and visible focus styles are preserved rather than removed.

Light and dark themes

A theme control in the site header switches between light and dark presentation and remembers your choice locally. Both themes are designed against the same contrast targets, so neither is a degraded version of the other.

Known limitations

The market ticker uses continuous horizontal motion, which stops for visitors whose systems request reduced motion but may still be distracting for some readers. Some data tables require horizontal scrolling on very narrow screens. We regard both as open items rather than settled decisions.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from reading or using it, we want to know. Describe the page, the assistive technology or browser in use, and what happened. Reports are treated as bug reports with the same priority as functional defects, and we will provide the content in an alternative format on request while a fix is prepared.
